Overview

Dental Hygienist role at Star Dental Partners. Part Time RDH position in Plano, TX. Hygienist schedule: Fridays only, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups
• Reviewing patient history
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
• Conduct screenings
• Assist patients with oral hygiene

Qualifications

• Active Texas Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
