*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic, holistic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while ensuring optimal oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and patient assessment to deliver exceptional service in a friendly and professional environment. *Duties*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
* Conduct patient assessments to evaluate oral health and identify potential issues.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
* Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
* Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
* Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care, including pediatrics and general dentistry services.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques as needed to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

*Qualifications*
* Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
* Proficient in medical terminology, dental terminology, and infection control practices.
* Experience with patient care and assessment in a clinical setting.
* Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software is preferred.
* Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
* Previous experience in pediatrics is a plus but not required.
