We are seeking an enthusiastic Fabricator to fabricate and assemble plastic products using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Use various fabrication techniques to assemble products
  • Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces
  • Maintain specifications by observing operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, and adhering to quality assurance procedures
  • Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
  • Trim, drill, countersink, grind, and finish parts to specifications using templates, hand tools, and power tools

Qualifications

  • A two-year Technical or Trade school diploma or certification, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years’ minimum related experience in fabrication (preferred)
  • Understanding of plastics (highly recommended)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Possess a strong knowledge of plastics fabrication, along with general tool knowledge
  • Be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Have the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work unsupervised, make decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively
  • Display a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to inquiries and needs
  • Understand and maintain the confidential nature of customer and company information
  • Show professional knowledge, proficiency and initiative in achieving goals and meeting company standards

Compensation

Compensation Range: $37,440 - $43,680 annually (base pay range does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials).

Range reflects our good-faith assessment based on market conditions, experience, and internal equity considerations.
