Highlights of Your Role

• Execute manufacturing orders meticulously, conducting visual inspections for quality.
• Use precise measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges for quality assessments.
• Support in training new team members as needed.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, with precision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Schedule & Pay

Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM

• Work 36 hours one week (Sun, Wed, Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat).
• Every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!

Hourly Rate: $25.74 (including base, shift diff, weekend premium, OT)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10-50 lbs.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
