Compensation: Night Shift $22.72 plus $1.00 shift premium

Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am, with every other weekend off

Responsibilities

• Operate machines safely and consistently at or above standard levels, including waste reduction, quality, efficiency, and utilization
• Troubleshoot, identify, and correct machine-related problems through proper adjustments
• Provide innovative solutions for production issues
• Support and guide less experienced personnel
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork, including crewing time, machine time, and production quantities
• Inspect products, recognize defects, and adjust machines to correct issues
• Maintain housekeeping, standard work, and safety guidelines
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and effective communication (written and verbal)

• Manual dexterity
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed record-keeping
• Hand/eye coordination
• Analytical skills
• Math skills (using calculators for data recording)
• Basic troubleshooting skills for minor machine issues
• Understanding of production measurement tools
• Knowledge of product quality standards
• Principles of thermoforming machines
