Overview

Base pay range: $28.07/hr - $33.00/hr

Join a Global Leader in Workforce Solutions - Net2Source Inc. This role is a Manufacturing Operator with a 12-month duration, located in Indianapolis, IN 46221. Shift is a 24/7 rotating schedule (3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts), with 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Overtime, weekends, and off shifts may be required.

Responsibilities and requirements are described below.

Position Summary

• Support manufacturing processes within the assigned department/area
• Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures and work rules
• Ensure product quality and safety on assigned line while meeting production standards
• Adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines at all times
• Perform cleaning activities to maintain a safe and clean operating environment
• Document process steps accurately on batch records and maintenance summaries
• Execute required quality checks and document findings
• Stock materials, sweep, mop, and remove trash as needed
• Unpack/pack and load/unload components and product on production lines
• Participate in shift meetings, maintain punctuality, and be ready for work at the scheduled start time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience (not warehouse)
• Experience in GMP-regulated environment
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to wear required safety equipment (safety glasses, shoes, gloves, cap, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment
• Basic math and computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems
• Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off-shift schedules as required

Comments / Special Instructions

• This is a manufacturing operator role — warehouse profiles will not be considered
• Candidate must be able to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule and be available to start shifts fully gowned by 5:45 PM/AM
