Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:55 PM - 3:35 AM
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring the production line operates safely, with high quality and efficiency.
- Prepare for and execute changeovers safely and accurately.
- Perform systematic maintenance on the production line daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Serve as the Job Trainer for changeover areas.
- Identify root causes of problems and communicate findings.
- Contribute to cost-saving, efficiency, and maintenance projects.
- Maintain a clean workplace following 5S methodology and SOPs.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and bend for at least 8 hours.
