Housekeeping Supervisor

A nursing home is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that rooms are turned efficiently and in accordance with cleanliness standards.
2. Inspect Room Attendants' rooms daily and check stay-over rooms at random.
3. Assist in cleaning rooms, the public area, and work in the laundry department when necessary.
4. Report any discrepancies in room status immediately to the Director.
5. Inspect maintenance rooms.
6. Ensure that room attendants have all the supplies they need to carry out their functions.
7. Assist with key control.
8. Be hands-on and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Follow departmental policies and procedures.
10. Assist with the department's annual reviews.
11. Assist with payroll and schedules.
12. Perform related duties as assigned.

Experience:

1. Housekeeping: 3 years (Required)
2. Housekeeping Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
