Housekeeping Supervisor

A nursing home is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensures that rooms are turned efficiently and in accordance with cleanliness standards.
2. Inspects Room Attendants' rooms daily and checks stay-over rooms at random.
3. Assists in cleaning rooms, the public area, and works in the laundry department when necessary.
4. Reports any discrepancies in room status immediately to the Director.
5. Inspects maintenance rooms.
6. Ensures that room attendants have all the supplies they need to carry out their functions.
7. Assists with key control.
8. Must be willing to be hands-on and able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Follows departmental policies and procedures.
10. Assists with the department's annual reviews.
11. Assists with payroll/schedules.
12. Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience:

1. Housekeeping: 3 years (Required)
2. Housekeeping Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
