Position Summary: The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, communicating needs or errors to Housekeeping staff, inspecting guestrooms for maintenance repairs, following up on guest complaints and requests, and coordinating with shift housekeepers on cleaning and special requests. All duties are performed in a 24/7 industry environment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, push/pull carts up to 100 pounds, work in various temperature conditions, and stand for lengthy periods. The work environment includes guest rooms, corridors, and outdoor areas with potential exposure to fumes, dust, chemicals, and noise.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, proficiency in English, knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, chemical handling, and preferably supervisory experience.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
