Overview

Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all resident rooms and common areas are cleaned and inspected according to facility standards
• Handle housekeeping equipment with care and report any deficiencies or maintenance needs
• Contribute to maintaining a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping or related experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety and infection control procedures
