Job Duties

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company and department policies.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Submit recommendations to management for maintenance-related issues.
• Inventory supplies and equipment.
• Train new employees on job duties and department policies; coach and reward performance.
• Resolve guest and employee issues.
• Serve as a role model in guest service, demonstrating an upbeat and positive attitude.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year experience in hotel housekeeping supervision.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to maneuver to all hotel areas, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and gripping.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to forty pounds.

Additional Information

This position does not involve work on the casino gaming floor or in restricted areas.
