Job Details

• Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms and public areas, recommend maintenance, inventory supplies, train employees, resolve guest and employee issues, promote guest service, and serve as a role model. Ensure a supportive team environment. This role does not involve work on the casino gaming floor or in restricted areas.
• Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of hotel housekeeping supervision experience, effective communication skills in English, physical ability to maneuver around the hotel, climb stairs, bend, reach, kneel, twist, grip, push, and pull cleaning equipment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
