Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor 3rd shift to oversee employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment during 3rd shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am). The role is responsible for meeting production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise 15–40 production or skilled labor employees during 3rd shift.
• Plan and assign work to meet daily production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Train and motivate staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Resolve employee-related issues and enforce company policies.
• Monitor production metrics including efficiency and scrap, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors from other shifts for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Encourage process improvement and minor adjustments to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work night shift and occasional overtime.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office or similar systems).
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing/assembly or warehouse environment.
• Frequent walking/standing on hard surfaces.
• Occasional lifting of medium to heavy materials.
• Exposure to variable temperatures (heat/cold).
