Location: On-site | Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: $75,000 – $86,000 (based on experience)
Bilingual Required (Spanish/English Strongly Preferred)
About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer in a regulated industry, is seeking a hands-on 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead overnight operations. You’ll be the highest-ranking team member on shift, overseeing approximately 35 employees. This is a key leadership role focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all shift activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support onboarding/training of new employees
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and ensure safe operation of production equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems, including labor tracking, materials, and inventory
- Promote continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and escalate issues as needed
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a regulated industry (medical, aerospace, automotive, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment
- ERP system experience highly preferred
- High school diploma required; technical or business training a plus
