Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Production Lead will collaborate with the Quality and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations while maintaining high-quality standards. This position involves leadership responsibilities, including blending, batching, machine operation, and training/coaching operators and laborers.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities on the 3rd shift under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations with high quality standards.
• Perform blending, batching, and machine operation as part of daily duties.
• Train and coach operators and laborers.

Hours

• Full-time job – 8-hour shifts plus occasional overtime
• Monday – Friday & Most Saturdays from 10PM - 6:30AM

Salary

• $20.00 per hour
