This position is for a 3rd Shift Quality Monitor at our facility in Charlotte, NC.
Your Role
- Examine the product to customer requirements/specifications in relating to printing visual appearance and converting structural functions.
- Conduct sampling
- Demonstrate clear understanding of quality procedures and safety awareness.
- Communicate information to respective customers and generate reports upon request.
- Review non-conforming material to meet customer specifications.
- Complete the required standardized forms as required by Quality Management System (QMS).
- Perform visual comparator analysis checks.
- Input information into batch records to reflect document defects for customer review.
- Randomly sample products based on company and/or customer requirements for evaluation.
- Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipping.
- All other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Quality inspection experience in manufacturing required.
- Minimum 1 year of packaging manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures a plus.
