Nesco Resource is hiring: 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic in Ferndale

Overview

Nesco Resource is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Mechanic to oversee maintenance personnel and equipment repairs for a Food Production Company in Ferndale, MI.

Pay rate: $23/hr
Shift time: 9:30pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on all production equipment
• Report to maintenance director and team lead
• Monitor and respond to company work orders and requests
• Assist as needed with sourcing parts vendors or maintenance department
• Identify and troubleshoot all equipment breakdowns and repairs
• Train new maintenance mechanics and production personnel

Requirements

• Maintenance experience (Required)
• Forklift certification (Required)
• HVAC (Preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical with single and 3 phase systems
• Mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work in a cold environment
