Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Quality Auditor to work at our food processing facility in Avon, NY. Successful candidates must be willing to suggest improvements and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality oriented, with adaptability and willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

- A $1.25 shift differential for second shift and $2.50 for third shift

Role & Responsibilities
The Auditor is part of the production team responsible for quality assurance tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and Kraft policies. Responsibilities include:
- Perform sanitation and housekeeping audits, coordinate corrective actions
- Perform bacteriological swabbing on equipment and surfaces
- Ensure HACCP plan integrity, verify metal detectors, document records
- Conduct incoming raw material inspections and swabbing
- Perform weight control checks, residual oxygen analysis, gas analysis, seal strength analysis, finished product evaluations
- Place products on hold as necessary, communicate accurately with the Quality Systems Coordinator, and track component complaints
Minimum Qualifications
- Available to work all shifts, including vacations, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Prior manufacturing experience helpful
