We’re currently hiring for open positions in the US and Canada. We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. Work Shift Third Shift (United States of America)

Responsibilities

• Move materials and components about the factory using carts, pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Maintain a steady flow of parts through workstations
• Coordinate material flow to ensure packing and shipping schedule
• Assist with the loading and unloading of incoming and outbound trucks
• Minor data entry tasks
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-production area with minimal supervision
• All other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other computer programs
• Ability to participate in minor data entry
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read a blueprint
• Ability to use hand tools requiring dexterity
• Climb portable ladders
• Must be able to communicate effectively with factory supervision

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Gorbel, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Min $16.00 - Max $22.44.
