Main Responsibilities:

• Plan shop workflow
• Audit repairs
• Order parts
• Assist technicians with repairs
• Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years diesel technician experience
• Customer service experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Class A CDL License
• Management/Supervisory experience not required but strongly preferred
• High school diploma/GED equivalent

Schedule

3rd Shift 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday night to Friday morning
