General Information:
The Facilities Technician focuses on the functions of facility equipment and buildings, completing all work in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI), and all applicable codes.

This position is responsible for:
- Performing periodic checks on all facility equipment to ensure normal operation.
- Analyzing equipment malfunctions and initiating corrective actions.
- Performing industrial electrical activities such as wiring, wall outlets, and lighting.
- Conducting welding, soldering, and brazing operations.
- Operating shop equipment, such as drills and bench grinders.
- Performing general repairs to the equipment and facilities.
- Conducting inspections on equipment and facilities.
- Performing plumbing and carpentry tasks.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and manuals.
- Ordering parts as needed.
- Operating powered industrial equipment adhering to all safety regulations.
- Completing SOPs, Work Instructions, and other paperwork according to established company policy.
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information and other sensitive data.
- Exhibiting regular and predictable attendance and working overtime as needed.
- Performing other related duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Two (2) years of facility maintenance experience in a production environment.
