RTD Talent Solutions is hiring: Controller, North America in Miami

Overview

RTD Talent Solutions is representing one of the premier tax accounting, and international advisory firms based out of Miami, FL that is currently seeking a Controller for their North American Market. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with offices in Coconut Grove, FL. Title and level of seniority is flexible. This role will report to the CFO.

Base pay

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting activities for the North American market, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal standards across a complex, multi-entity structure.
• Manage and enhance accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidation processes.
• Partner with the CFO and advisory teams to provide financial insights that support operational growth, international tax strategies, and cross-border transactions.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to support scalability, risk management, and audit readiness in a rapidly growing global environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally, a background in public accounting or professional services experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, technical accounting, and exposure to robust ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills.
