In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and align sales plans with the overall company strategy.
- Foster strategic relationships with key customers, lead and support the team through critical negotiations and contract closures, and build enduring business partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and collaborate with leadership to capitalize on growth prospects. Coach and support the sales team to grow market share by increasing funnel size and opportunity creation.
- Manage sales performance using CRM tools and analytics to oversee the sales funnel, achieve or exceed targets, and prepare detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly orders and sales target objectives.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Engineering.
- Demonstrable successful track record of B2B sales experience in technical sales in Food and Beverage or a similar process manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience of team management.
- Proven successful work experience in a sales management or relevant senior sales role with experience measuring and analyzing performance indicators such as KPI and ROIs.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to customers and internal meetings (including overseas) as needed.
- Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English.

The salary range for this role is $140,000- $160,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
