Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may be expanded to include other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

Perform diversified assembly and erection operations for water pumping stations, enclosures, and component sub-assemblies or equipment, ensuring close tolerances and strict inspection standards.

Fabricate, cut, grind, sand, and bond FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) components.

Perform sandblasting and paint preparation for metallic and non-metallic components.

Weld HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic using hand tools and Hydraulic Fusion machine to specified standards.

Process parts on a 3-axis CNC machine, including setup, operation, and removal, along with cleaning and deburring of parts.

Use band saws, table saws, or drill presses for component processing.

Assemble or modify components using various hand tools.

Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.

Work requires high skill, proper assembly techniques, and knowledge of design and basic mechanical principles.

Wire according to specifications, optimizing space for quality workmanship.

Interpret complex assembly drawings and specifications, and complete related documentation and measurements.

Contribute to product and process improvements, including corrections to drawings, specifications, or bill of materials.

Training or experience in operating a forklift and crane is required to complete daily tasks.
