Client Services Manager North County - $75-$85k + Bonuses | Hybrid | North San Diego

Territory: Mira Mesa, Poway, Rancho Peñasquitos & surrounding areas
Status: Full-Time | Hybrid (Field + Remote)
Travel: 60–70% within territory
Reports To: Director of Operations
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + up to $6,000/year in quarterly performance bonuses

Senior Helpers is looking for a Client Services Manager North County to grow our presence in North San Diego—a role where your leadership directly impacts seniors, their families, and the community.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Grow the Territory: Build referral partnerships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and senior communities.

  • Be the Trusted Partner: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional, personalized service.

  • Lead Service Delivery: Oversee assessments, onboarding, and quality control to keep clients and caregivers supported.

  • Solve Challenges: Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate—keeping care seamless.

  • Drive Results: Track KPIs, monitor growth, and leverage CRM tools to maximize impact.

  • Be the Face of Senior Helpers: Represent us at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.

We’re Looking for Someone Who… (Qualifications)

  • Has 3+ years in territory management, business development, or healthcare sales.

  • Builds lasting trust and relationships with ease.

  • Is comfortable traveling 60–70% of the time.

  • Is tech-savvy, with CRM (WellSky preferred) and MS Office experience.

  • Thinks on their feet and brings a solutions-first mindset.

  • Holds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
