As a Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our refreshment distribution running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, detail-oriented, and ready to lead vendor relationships, manage inventory, and ensure cost-effective procurement. You’ll also oversee a part-time team member and collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, and Finance.

As a Purchasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our refreshment distribution running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, detail-oriented, and ready to lead vendor relationships, manage inventory, and ensure cost-effective procurement. You’ll also oversee a part-time team member and collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, and Finance.

What You’ll Do:

Build and manage supplier relationships

Negotiate pricing, track rebates, and monitor specials

Maintain accurate inventory and reorder levels

Use Metroplex to manage orders and updates

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical practices

Partner across departments to meet business goals

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience a MUST

• Industry experience in refreshments, foodservice, or hospitality is a plus

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook preferred
