Houseperson at Snake River Sporting Club

The position is located at Snake River Sporting Club, a luxury retreat with a private golf club, residences, and a vacation rental pool on nearly 1,000 acres. The property features a world-class golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, an equestrian center, fishing, and a working ranch, with The Sylvan Lodge hotel opening on property in partnership with Noble House.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain member homes and guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
• Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are dusted and polished.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms promptly.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests and respond promptly to requests and inquiries while ensuring guest privacy and security.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments.
• Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures and guidelines, and adhere to schedules and quality control measures.
• Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies and amenities; assist in restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
