The role will include the standardization of key procurement processes within the greater Purchased Component team and the management/implementation of key strategic procurement initiatives and projects. You'll get to:* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.* Support SteerCo Reporting.* Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes, recommend and implement improvements through process mapping, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies.* Streamline workflows and automate processes where possible using procurement tools & systems* Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for all trade compliance matters* Collaborate with leadership to define the scope, objectives, and timeline for strategic project initiatives* Develop and execute communication plans and regularly provide updates to stakeholders on key strategic process and strategic initiatives roll outs* Develop detailed plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross functional groups* Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives through cross functional stakeholder alignment* Follows standardized Program Management guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans and maintains documentation as required* Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) tracking through process standardization and automation where possible.* Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) delivery though capability building efforts engaging departments like COE, Product Platforming, SVC, etc.**The Person:*** Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred* 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on large-scale business transitions* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential challenges during the transfer process* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration across teams* Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis techniques to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement* Ability to effectively lead meetings, set agenda, document minutes, and monitor/track key deliverables**The Details:**You’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan, including:* Medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.* Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs.**And More:**We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
