Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth within assigned region / accounts.
  • Develop and inherit a book of business.
  • Take a strategic / analytical approach to determine where the most room for growth and business opportunity is.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Take a hands on approach, and travel to meet customers and stores in person.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Manager should have:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-4 years in sales in retail, consumer goods.
  • Experience in luxury goods / jewelry would be a large plus.
  • Direct experience in sales, business development, and account management within the luxury jewelry space.
  • Experience retaining and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage and grow key customer relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 base + bonus or comission plan.

  • 30-50% travel expected - most in the Texas area but some domestically across US.
