Overview
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile and act as brand ambassadors who create energy around our products and services. They are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers, and their ability to build new and deepen existing relationships is unmatched across the wireless industry. They are experts in uncovering customer needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions. Mobile Experts meet performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Serving and selling to customers while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Makes the most of their time on shift, seeking information between customers and learning about wireless and technology innovations
- Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
Education and Work Experience
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate focused on balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required)
- Team Building: Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices and provide resolutions while serving customers (Required)
- Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360
Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
