About the Role: As the Retail Manager, you’ll lead your team to success by ensuring smooth store operations and providing a first-class customer experience. You will oversee key aspects such as stock management, recruitment, and team development, making sure every day runs efficiently and your team is well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop your team through effective onboarding and continuous training.
• Customer Focus: Drive the customer loyalty program and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee stock management, merchandising, and roster management to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruitment and Development: Build a strong in-store team that aligns with our commitment to customer care.
• Positive Culture: Promote a harmonious workplace and resolve team concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

About You: We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager who has:

• Retail Management Experience: Proven success in leading a retail team, with a focus on team building and operational efficiency.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve personal and store-wide goals.
• Results-Driven: Skilled in managing budgets, wages, and KPIs to drive the success of the store.
• Compliance Ready: A current police check or willingness to obtain one.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
• S2/S3 medications certificate (highly regarded).
