Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax knowledge and PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients with taxes, committed to customer satisfaction and brand enhancement.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio in a professional manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting security standards.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours/week across three or more days.

• Assist customers with tax filing using TurboTax, providing advice, full-service preparation, and handling inquiries.
• Use government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers in understandable language.
• Engage with customers via video, document interactions, and maintain records.
