Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring: Night Auditor in Spartanburg

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor at the Spartanburg Marriott. The ideal candidate uses an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. This role typically covers the hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and serves as the knowledge source for the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role

• Check guests in, handle crediting accurately, note and fulfill special requests, and provide accurate information.


• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and showing sincere interest.


• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience; promote and sell special hotel programs.


• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.


• Interact professionally with hotel/resort staff and assist other departments with needed information.


• Maintain house bank and follow posted procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.


• Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports; ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with attention to detail.


• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.


• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.


• Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Previous Night Audit experience preferred.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $16.75 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
