Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring: Night Auditor in Tampa

Overview

Night Auditor – Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift at Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Organize the shift, review and complete: remaining reservations, verify that contingency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows, and complete a walk report.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address issues during the night. Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information through the hotel’s pass-along system.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with reservation and accounting systems.
• Attention to detail.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $18.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
