Full-time Night Auditor

Budget Suites of America is seeking a Night Auditor for openings in Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, and Las Vegas.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Post charges, process payments, complete closing paperwork, balance accounts, and make corrections as needed.
• Complete audit reports and maintain daily logs.
• Greet and assist guests professionally, providing excellent service within the property's standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Register guests, assign rooms, control keys, and verify charges.
• Collect guest profile information during check-in.
• Ensure cash and cash equivalents are balanced at each shift's start and end.
• Work flexible hours and be bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining high integrity and professionalism.
• Must be drug-free and possess a high school diploma or GED.
