Overview
Lakewood National Golf Club is seeking a part-time friendly, service-driven Fitness Attendant to join our private club fitness team. This role requires a people-first mindset and the ability to create a welcoming, professional, and well-maintained environment for our members.

Schedule: mornings and weekends preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly, verify memberships, and provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce fitness center rules respectfully and ensure a safe, enjoyable atmosphere.
- Assist members with class bookings, orientations, and general fitness center needs.
- Manage group fitness class schedules, point-of-sale transactions, and software booking systems.
- Promote upcoming classes and programs.
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in person with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and fitness spaces; monitor supplies and report needs.
- Support special events and other departmental activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong people skills – eager to provide service, communicate effectively, and build positive member relationships.
- Comfortable with fitness equipment and possessing a basic understanding of exercise.
- Computer literacy required, experience with booking platforms and POS systems.
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Prior fitness, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability for early mornings (7am–11am), weekends, and occasional late afternoons.

Licenses & Certifications
