This position requires open availability. The sales position focuses on obtaining new club memberships, primarily through calling leads generated via marketing activities, cold calling prospects, club tours, and contests. Sales reps are expected to meet challenging monthly quotas and be productive within 30 days of starting. Successful sales reps can quickly identify potential members' needs and use solution-selling techniques to close sales, presenting tailored solutions using the club's products and services. This is a competitive sales role with the goal of consistently meeting quotas and improving performance. Team cooperation is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Quota: Consistently meet or exceed a quota of 50 new memberships per month within 60 days. Adjust quotas seasonally. Key competencies include competitiveness, work ethic, and motivation.
- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of the facility throughout your shift.
- Follow-up Calls: Call all assigned leads within two days and convert at least 30% into appointments using persuasive techniques.
- Plan Each Sales Day: Spend 45 minutes to an hour daily preparing, planning calls, and customizing approaches based on prior interactions.
- Conduct Club Tours: Within two weeks, understand core products and needs analysis; aim to conduct five tours daily with a close ratio >50% within 30 days.
- Become Product Expert: Learn all club offerings in the first week, develop presentation techniques, and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to provide excellent customer service and maximize group effectiveness.
- Implement Local Marketing: (Optional) Spend time in the field promoting the club through various marketing activities, including cold calling and distributing promotional materials.
