Fitness Sales Representative

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community. This role involves daily client interactions and contributing to a supportive community atmosphere.
Position:
The Sales Representative assists the General Manager by generating new memberships through relationship-building, providing positive experiences, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering outstanding customer service. Prior boutique fitness experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales processes
- Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding client goals
- Maintain personal sales targets
- Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present services to current and prospective members
- Book appointments to meet monthly sales goals
- Participate in community events to promote the studio
- Develop selling skills and process transactions accurately
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Manage retail inventory
- Attend training sessions and create social media content
- Perform light cleaning duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Warm, engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with sales experience in memberships, retail, or private training
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to learn and operate ClubReady software
- Strong communication skills in person, phone, and email
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required
