D1 Training is in need of a high-energy, enthusiastic person to WIN GAMES in our Sales Role. This position involves prospecting/list-building, making a large volume of outgoing calls (100+ per 4 hours), relentlessly following up on leads, setting and closing in-person sales meetings, and selling all of our D1 services.
Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness who can sell anything. Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

A Day in This Role...
- Arrive on time with high energy, confirm appointments, and send personalized selfie videos to prospects.
- Make 100+ calls before 1 pm, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments.
- Greet prospects, give tours, and conduct sales in the "Goal Setting Room."
- Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with prospects multiple times to ensure they join.
- Sign up 10+ new members daily and reach out to local businesses for partnerships.
- Ensure all data is tracked accurately before heading home excited for the next day.
Compensation includes base salary, commission, monthly bonuses, and awards. Base range: $30,000 - $50,000/year. On-target earnings: $30,000 - $100,000+ depending on performance.
