Overview

The Fitness Sales Specialist (FSS) is a sales leader responsible for working leads and closing deals. The FSS will use various means of communication (calling, texting, messaging, etc.) to nurture leads, set and confirm appointments, and sell a solution or promotion. This role requires a high-energy, motivated, and consistent performer.

This Fitness Sales Specialist Can Expect

• To be the first contact for leads through various communication methods; collect and enter information into Mindbody; make and confirm appointments; nurture leads through closing.
• To maintain a clean, organized front-end sales environment.
• To oversee and assist with front desk check-ins and product sales.
• To close out each day with a daily scorecard and product inventory.
• To foster a positive and motivating environment for all members.
• To provide a world-class experience to every person who walks in the door.

Duties

• Make outbound calls daily to leads with emphasis on speed to contact.
• Nurture leads through the sales process.
• Know the members and their goals; prescribe and sell the correct service based on client needs/goals.
• Log and manage client notes and contacts accurately.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class customer experience.
• Coordinate sales training on a weekly basis with the staff.

Qualifications

• High energy, outgoing, self-starter.
• 1+ years in sales (fitness preferred).
• 1+ years in customer service (fitness preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
• Continuing education through company-sanctioned events.
• Free membership in a state-of-the-art facility.

Compensation
