Responsibilities
- Daily Operations (20-25 hours per week): Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor facility maintenance, equipment functionality, and cleanliness; coordinate with staff or vendors as needed.
- Complete and review operational reports to track attendance, facility usage, and performance metrics.
- Manage membership processes, including new sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and communications; provide tours highlighting amenities and benefits.
- Enforce club policies and procedures to maintain a professional and positive member experience.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to continuously improve operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Event Coordination (15-20 hours per week): Partner with the Director of Fitness to design and execute a dynamic event calendar aligned with member interests and club goals.
- Plan and coordinate social, wellness, and lifestyle events; source vendors and negotiate pricing for quality and cost efficiency.
- Work with the Food & Beverage team to curate menus for events.
- Support event marketing efforts through digital, print, and in-club campaigns.
- Serve as the face of the club during events; warmly welcome members and address needs.
- Oversee event execution to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.
- Gather member feedback through conversations and post-event surveys; evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized event records, budgets, and timelines.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support events and programming.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and exposure to varied temperatures.
- Occasional climbing of stairs, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting/bending.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 60 lbs on occasion.
- Manual tasks such as folding/unfolding equipment or event materials.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $23.00/hr – $26.00/hr based on qualifications and experience.
