What the day looks like in Commercial Risk

Within Risk Capital, you will gain experience assisting account executives on assigned accounts across various industries. You will collaborate with colleagues to assess and mitigate risks and develop tailored risk management strategies to support clients’ profitability, growth, and resilience.

What the day looks like in Reinsurance

In Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions team, you will gain valuable experience by assisting Account Executives through client work and internal projects, with opportunities to collaborate across cross-functional teams and gain exposure to a broad client base.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position (U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $78,000 annually. Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and internal equity, and may be adjusted based on geographic location.
