What you will do

What the day will look like in Commercial Risk

Within Risk Capital, you will gain valuable experience assisting account executives on assigned accounts across various industries. You will collaborate with expert colleagues to assess and mitigate risks and engage in solutions that deliver tailored risk management strategies for clients.

What is Reinsurance?

Reinsurance is insurance for insurance companies. When large events occur, insurance companies may incur substantial costs. Reinsurance helps share those risks with other firms, supporting stability and reliability in the insurance system.

What the day will look like in Reinsurance

Within Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions team you will gain valuable experience by assisting Account Executives through client work and internal projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure across a broad segment of clients and opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• College seniors graduating Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position (U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $78,000 annually. Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and location.
