What the day will look like in Commercial Risk

Within Risk Capital you will gain valuable experience by assisting account executives on assigned accounts across various industries. You’ll collaborate with expert colleagues to assess and mitigate risks and engage in innovative solutions to deliver tailored risk management strategies that support client profit, growth, and continuity.

What the day will look like in Reinsurance

Within Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions team you will gain valuable experience by assisting account executives through client work and internal projects. You will learn and grow by collaborating with cross-functional teams and gaining exposure across a broad segment of clients.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. The salary may be adjusted based on geographic location.
