Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are dedicated professionals providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents daily. As a CNA-NAR, you operate on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and have choices within their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN, while charting in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- BLS Certification.
