The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for promoting employment opportunities within Benedictine for an assigned region and sourcing the best talent for each position using various recruitment methods. This role collaborates with HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure a strong talent pipeline and successful hiring. The TAP supports regional hiring needs by understanding community-specific requirements and actively sourcing candidates through platforms, job fairs, and other channels. Responsibilities include creating job postings, managing recruitment efforts, conducting market analysis, screening, interviewing, and building a talent pipeline. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a talent pool to support Benedictine hiring needs by sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies. Coordinate all regional recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified candidates, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining recruitment efforts on job boards. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the unique culture of each assigned Benedictine community to find suitable talent. Create engaging job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), participate in email and call blasts, and monitor recruitment effectiveness. Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice in daily activities. Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned. Qualifications
Required Associate's Degree and/or three or more years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and onboarding processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to travel to assigned Benedictine communities. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Knowledge of long-term care and industry standards. Experience with social media recruitment. PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Experience with electronic application programs. Salary Range
