As a CNA at Pine Creek, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive quality, personalized care. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility)
- Taking vital signs, recording food/fluid intake, and reporting changes in condition to nurses
- Helping with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
- Assisting residents with comfort, safety, and companionship
- Supporting meals and hydration by passing trays, assisting with food identification, and providing after-meal care
- Keeping rooms tidy, beds made, and supplies stocked
- Transporting residents to activities, meals, and appointments
- Creating a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents and families
- Protecting residents' privacy and dignity while maintaining confidentiality
- Active CNA license in California (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
- Commitment to providing excellent resident-centered care
- Choice of AM, PM, or NOC shifts
