Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents.

Our team is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents through compassionate, personalized care. These roles are within our sub-acute and long-term care units.

Shifts Currently Available:

  • 7:00am - 3:00pm
    • 7.5 hours- Wk 1: Sun, Wk2: Sun
    • 7.5 hours- Wk 1: Sun, Wk 2: Sun
    • 7.5 hours- Wk 1: Sun, Wk 2: Sun
  • 7:00am - 3:00pm & 3:00pm - 11:00pm
    • 7.5 hours- Wk 1: Sun (7-3), Wk 2: Sun (3-11)
    • 15 hours- Wk 1: Sun (7-3)/ Thurs (3-11), Wk 2: Sun (7-3)/ Tues (3-11)
  • 3:00pm - 11:00pm
    • 30 hours- Wk 1: Sun/Tues/Thurs/Fri, Wk 2: Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat
Per Diem Openings Available!

Eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00.

Pay Range (depending on experience):

CNA: $19.50- $23.30/hr ($0 - $5.00 shift differential)

Responsibilities:
  • Offer personal care, monitor vital signs, communicate with patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License
  • Compassionate and patient attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and medication schedules
  • Capability to lift and assist patients with mobility
