CNA Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)


• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a hospital or clinical setting


• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Dedication to compassionate patient care and clinical support

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility


• Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs under nursing supervision


• Support hospital nursing staff with essential patient care tasks


• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients


• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
